Man: “YOUR HUSBAND IS DEAF? I’M NOT SURE THIS WILL WORK.”
Helen: “WHAT DO YOU MEAN?”

Panel 2: (The man is pointing at his ear, speaking to Helen, who looks confused)
Man: “I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM UNDERWATER AND HE CAN’T HEAR.”
Helen: “HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE UNDERWATER WHO CAN HEAR?”

Man: “WELL, WE USE HAND SIGNALS TO… OH WAIT!”
